PrijaviTuriste application allows you to:

• read personal documents with the phones camera and automatically enter data into the application
• register entered tourists individually or in groups
• create a legally prescribed invoice and send it to the guest via the application in PDF format
• Automatically create a Traffic Record based on saved invoices
• Print all invoices and documents wirelessly directly from the application


READING

With the application, you can read all documents that have machine-readable (MRZ) code.
You can also read the data from the photo of the document that you received from the guest with the signed consent.
You can create a consent within the application and send it to the guest for a digital signature


APPLICATION

The application registers tourists in groups or individually via the eVisitor system.
After the registration of tourists, you can also unsubscribe, cancel or change the registration in groups or individually.

As a new user you get 15 free registrations.
After using them, you will be able to purchase application packages within the application, depending on your accommodation capacity.


ACCOUNTS

After tourist registration, you will be able to automatically create an invoice in PDF format that you can send to the guest via e-mail, messaging applications (WhatsApp, Viber), etc. You can also wirelessly print the invoice directly from the application, even if you do not have a wireless printer


DATA PROTECTION

The application is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and therefore the reading of documents takes place only and exclusively on the users device.
The data from the read documents do not leave the device at any time, except when logging in to the eVisitor system itself, where the data is sent via an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is completely protected.
After registration, the application allows the renter to remove registered tourists from the device.
